We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when registering at the Nightale application, expressing an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and services, when participating in activities on the application or otherwise contacting us.

• Child Profiles. We collect information about your children (names, ages, interests) to generate personalized bedtime stories. This data is strictly used for story generation and is not shared with third parties for marketing.

We use personal information collected via our application for a variety of business purposes described below. We process your personal information for these purposes in reliance on our legitimate business interests, in order to enter into or perform a contract with you, with your consent, and/or for compliance with our legal obligations.

• To facilitate account creation and logon process.
• To generate personalized stories using artificial intelligence.
• To send administrative information to you.
• To protect our Services.

We only share and disclose your information in the following situations:

• Service Providers. We share necessary data with our AI providers (such as Anthropic Claude) solely for the purpose of generating the stories you request. They do not use your data to train their models.
